Limited Financial Aid is available for persons to attend East Ohio Camps who have extreme financial need. Please complete this confidential financial aid application,
and have it signed by a parent or legal guardian if the camper is under 21 years of age, and signed by the pastor of your local congregation.
For the application to be considered, all sections must be completed. Mail the completed form along with your registration form to the address on the
registration form. If you are registering online, mail this form directly to the Camps Office at East Ohio Camp, 8800 Cleveland Avenue NW, North Canton OH 44720.

Financial Aid Guidelines
for Campers in 2017
Following are the guidelines concerning a camper’s application for financial assistance in 2017.
Eligibility: Limited financial aid is available for persons to attend East Ohio Camps who have extreme need.
Camperships will be granted to those eligible on a first come, first served basis.
Verification of Need: The parent/guardian and the pastor verify need by completing and signing the
application. Pastors should sign the application for aid after it is completed and signed by parents/guardians.
Applications received without verifying signatures will be returned to be signed. Note: the reason on the form
needs to be specific to your individual situation for financial aid to be considered.
Amount of Financial Assistance Available: The amount of financial assistance available in 2017 is up to one
half of the camp fee or $150.00, whichever is less. Funds are very limited and may not be available to all who
apply.
Submit Financial Aid Application with the Camp Registration Form: The completed, signed application for
financial aid is to be sent WITH the registration form. If you are registering online, mail this form directly to
