Estrella is a collection of authentic Terracotta, made in Spain, all
pieces are suitable for the traditional cooking of tapas, and can be
served straight to the table to offer customers an authentic
Spanish experience. Suitable for traditional ovens, microwaves and
freezers, Terracotta is naturally fragile and should be handled with
care. It is also naturally porous; therefore submerging in water
should be avoided.
Similar to Estrella, but made from Super Vitrified Porcelain are our
Tapas shapes, page XX, for a more robust and durable alternative.

Utopia’s collection of copper serve ware is ideal for table
presentation; with the addition of new sizes and shapes for
2013, this collection works perfectly to add finesse and
theatre to any table.
All pieces have a stainless steel inner lining along with
stainless steel handles. The collection is designed for
presentation but can be used for cooking if desired. They
can be used on all heat sources except induction hobs.
As the serve ware pieces are copper, they will naturally
oxidise over time, to maintain an optimum finish hand
washing is recommended.
