MountainSide Ski and Sports, hereinafter referred to as the “Mtnside”, including its authorized agents reserve the right to
reject any item on the basis of salability, D.I.N. safety standards, price or appropriateness to the Ski Swap theme.

All payments for sold merchandise will be made 30 days from the last day of the swap.

I choose to be paid at 100% value for my sold merchandise with a C.O.W. card credit.
I choose to be paid at 80% value for my sold merchandise with a check.
