The Recap Section summarizes the information that appears in the rest of the report. It
provides you with a Current Carrier reference number and search messages.

reported the same way for Auto and Property requests.

equal to a six-month term, we will output greater than that six-month term and
less than the next six-month term.

ME = Medical Expense
MP = Medical Payment
NB = Uninsured Motorist/BI NP = Uninsured Motorist/

- EXPIRED: Policy is no longer active.
- CANCELLED: The policy was terminated by either the insurance company

BI & PI field indicates the limit for Bodily Injury and Personal Injury.

Primary indicates the relationship type for each subject. The relationship types

DED CP stands for Deductible for Comprehensive and Collision Deductible
associated with the vehicle.

UM UN indicates the limit of coverage for Uninsured Motorists and
Underinsured Motorists.

Lease Vehicle indicates if this vehicle is leased or not.
- PRIMARY: Primary policyholder.
- LISTED: Secondary and other policyholders such as employees of the
insured are reported as listed.
- EXCLUDED: Reported by the insurance company as an excluded driver.

Subject uses number that corresponds with the order the subject was previously
provided in on the inquiry. An OS indicates the subject is included on the policy,
but not on the inquiry search.

IN-EFFECT is the subject policy status. No other information will be reported.
If the subject status is CANCELLED or EXPIRED, the timeframe that the
subject has been off of the policy will be reported. This timeframe is calculated
based on the policy period end date to the date of inquiry.

Insured Vehicle reports vehicles most recently covered on the policy, including
the V.I.N., year and make.

Type stands for types of vehicle. P is Passenger Car; T is Truck.

BUS indicates if the vehicle is being driven for business purposes.
- Y: Used for business purposes.
Property reports include all properties insured under this policy and each location's
coverage.

Consumer disputes and statements are reported at the policy level.
Dispute Information is reported if the policy status is DISPUTED. Once the dispute has
been resolved, this section will no longer be reported.
Consumer Statements note any disputes or unusual circumstances surrounding the policy.
