At Park Place Hotel, we understand your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. Whether you are inviting 50 guests or 500, for a cocktail party or a three course dinner, let us create the perfect atmosphere and menu! Pricing Information: DOME • Friday is a $5,000 minimum in food and beverage, before service and tax (no room rental). • Saturday is a $6,400 minimum in food and beverage, before service and tax (no room rental). • Sunday thru Thursday is a $600 room rental plus food and beverage. LAKES ROOMS (Crystal, Leelanau & Torch) • Friday is a $2,000 minimum in food and beverage, before service and tax (no room rental). • Saturday is a $3,000 minimum in food and beverage, before service and tax (no room rental). • Sunday thru Thursday is a $200 room rental for each or $300 for two rooms plus food and beverage or a $475 room rental for all three rooms plus food and beverage. COURTYARD ROOMS (Courtyard 1 & 2) • Sunday thru Saturday is a $200 room rental for one or $300 for both plus food and beverage. TOP OF THE PARK • Friday is a $2,000 minimum in food and beverage, before service and tax (no room rental). • Saturday is a $3,000 minimum in food and beverage, before service and tax (no room rental). • Sunday thru Thursday is a $400 room rental plus food and beverage. -1- All prices subject to 18% taxable service charge and applicable taxes. Prices are subject to market change. General Wedding Information • In order to secure the space you desire, we will require a $500 non-refundable deposit. This amount is deducted from your final billing. • The Park Place Hotel requires your final count five (5) business days prior to your reception date. This is considered a guarantee and may not be reduced as food and beverage products have been ordered and received and staff schedules prepared. • Glier, confei and tissue streamers are not allowed. Use of these items will result in a $100 clean-up fee. • You may provide your own wedding cake and favors, but the Park Place must provide all other food and beverage items. Neither you nor your guests will be permied to remove food and beverages from our facility due to license restrictions. • The Park Place Hotel reserves the right to inspect and control all private parties, dinners, meetings and other functions being held on the premises. • The Park Place Hotel cannot assume any responsibility for damage to or loss of articles le in any banquet rooms or any part of the hotel, restaurant or parking lot. Please plan to remove all gis, decorations and valuables at the end of your event. Hotel Rooms Don’t forget guest room accommodations for your family and friends! Help them have a safe and enjoyable evening by reserving a block of rooms at a special rate. You may reserve a block of up to 10 guestrooms. Once these rooms are reserved and guaranteed, we can add additional rooms, based on availability. It is important to encourage your immediate family and aendants to make their reservations early. There is no charge for holding the room block, though we do release the non-guaranteed rooms 45 days prior to date of arrival. Early notification can assist in filling the room block.
