RE: TWO (2) NEW TYPE I AMBULANCE ON ¾ TON CHASSIS
Colquitt County is accepting sealed bids on (2) New Type I Ambulances mounted on a ¾ ton chassis to
be used by Colquitt County Emergency Medical Service. Specifications are attached.
Sealed bids will be accepted in the office of the County Purchasing Agent, 101 East Central Ave., Room
206, Moultrie, GA 31768 or P. O. Box 517, Moultrie, Georgia 31776-0517), until Tuesday, February 14,
2017, at 3:00 P.M. at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be in a sealed
envelope plainly marked in the lower left hand corner “TYPE I AMBULANCES”. It is the bidder’s
responsibility to have all bids turned in by the called time. No bids will be accepted after the called time.
No bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the called time. The Colquitt County
Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all
formalities.
