Settings Guide
To avoid issues with Nielsen web-based software products, consider adjusting your Internet Explorer settings to match those below.
Update Internet Options
1.) From the Internet Explorer Tools menu,
choose Internet Options.
3.) Add https://web.nielsenmedia.com in the box,
click the Add button, then click the Close button.
2.) On the Security tab, click the Trusted Sites zone,
seen in red, and then click the Sites button, seen in blue.
4.) In the Trusted Sites zone, click the Custom Level button,
seen in green to the left. Scroll down to the Downloads area
and enable the three settings shown below.
