You've done lunch, you've done drinks and dinner, it's about
time we had breakfast. Join us for the first in an ongoing
series of regional GC breakfast meetings - an informal
gathering before work to talk, have some bagels, and drink
coffee. The breakfast meetings will be fluid, interactive
discussions - some will have topics, some will be open.
The discussion topic chosen for this first one is: Avoiding
the Low-hanging Fruit of Copyright and Trademark
Infringement Claims: Things That Companies Do Every
Day That Could Expose Them To Claims Of Infringement.
The breakfast meeting will be hosted by Scott Schwartz,
General Counsel of Dansko, LLC in West Grove. Pro tip - the
