Mingledorff’s AND Guin
mingledorffs.com
This local heating ventilation and air conditioning distributor, provided a 15SEER Bryant Hybrid Heat Pump System. Not only will
it cut down on energy costs, it will provide
heat via heat pump or gas furnace. The
system is controlled with a programmable
thermostat. The 21SEER Mitsubishi Ductless Heat
Pump System was provided to condition
the downstairs office. Formerly, this space
was conditioned via a small duct run from
the centralized system making the . temperature entirely dependent on the upstairs
thermostat. The room was heated or cooled
whether or not it was occupied. Now this
room is controlled separately. Guin Service, Inc. guinservice.com
Guin installed the Bryant and Mitsubishi
systems in addition to the installation of
the Heat Pump Water Heater provided by
Alabama Power. They also repaired leaky
ductwork, which was an added energy
saver. The owners should expect yearly
savings in excess of $500 from these
HVAC upgrades. To learn more about
