Amy Casey ’01
Amy’s life purpose is to be the delightful wild card who lights you up, makes you smile, and
reveals your winning hand. She is a thoughtful leader both as a mother of three young children
and in the corporate world where she enjoys a career in Human Capital at Bain & Company, a
global consulting firm. Amy is passionate about family and leadership development as both
these realms serve as playgrounds for her desire to help people reach their full potential. Amy
is a certified MBTI facilitator, a graduate of CTI's Leadership program and expects to complete
her Coaching certification through CTI by summer of 2017.
Terri Tierney Clark T’86
Terri Tierney Clark, a graduate of Smith College and Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of
Business, is the Amazon #1 best-selling author of Learn, Work, Lead: Things Your Mentor Won’t
Tell You, which was mentioned in London’s Financial Times’ “Reader’s Favourite Books of
2014.” Terri has over 20 years of business experience at Merrill Lynch and other financial firms.
She was among the first female managing directors in investment banking on Wall Street and
was elected to Merrill Lynch’s first women’s steering committee. Terri has presented to
corporations and colleges on a variety of professional topics and has been published on Forbes,
Newsweek, Huffington Post, Business Insider, The Muse, Wall Street Oasis, Resume Edge and
several college career websites. She is currently CEO of Summit Leadership Advisors, a
consulting company engaged in providing corporations with effective Sponsorship programs,
structured specifically to increase the percentages of women and diverse leaders in their

Victoria Gonin P’12
Victoria is the Deputy Director in the Office of Alumni Relations at Dartmouth. Victoria is
supporting the launch of the Women of Dartmouth communities around the country, and is
excited about the enthusiasm of alumnae in connecting with each other, and the interest in
celebrating the choices women make after leaving Dartmouth.
Previously, Victoria spent 25 years working for large public and private companies in the U.S.
and Europe including Resources Global Professionals, IBM and IDG Publishing. Victoria held
leadership roles working with global teams including sales, marketing, business development
and recruiting. Victoria was the founder of the women’s giving circle in Boston called
Womenade.
Victoria holds a BA in Sociology and a minor in Spanish from Middlebury College. She is a
trained facilitator through IBM and received her coaching certification through the Coaches
Training Institute. Victoria and her husband recently became empty nesters.
Valerie Hartman ’85 P’19
Ms. Hartman is an iPEC Certified transformational coach, motivational speaker and so much
more. Valerie, Founder and President of Shift Into Fifth, coaches and advises executives,
athletes and individuals regarding business/career and life development, leadership
acceleration and energy optimization. Valerie leverages her strong academic and diverse
experiential background along with her extensive personal and professional network to
accelerate sustainable and rewarding success. Recent corporate/individual clients include
Northwestern Mutual, Goodwin Wright, Twitter, Womenetics, East Lake Foundation, Atlanta
Dream, Legends Tour and Dartmouth College. Mentoring, developing and accelerating high
potential young women to positions of leadership is a specialty and priority for Ms. Hartman.
Valerie, a native New Yorker, practiced law on the global stage for over 20 years. She lead the
legal and government affairs team for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. in Latin America, was a
partner in an innovative cloud-based/virtual law firm and was a corporate associate with one of
New York’s prestigious firms. Currently based in Atlanta, she is the proud Mom to three thriving
children (her greatest teachers).
Ms. Hartman is a passionate supporter of the arts, education, sports and women’s leadership
having served as a board member and advisory board member of the Alliance Theatre in
Atlanta for over 10 years as well as the boards of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation and Temple
Early Learning Center (founding member). She is a member of the Friends of East Lake First Tee
Advisory Council and East Lake Women’s Alliance, having served for 10 years as a founding
member of the Friends of East Lake First Tee Board, and helped form the original friends group
that successfully negotiated and won the bid for a WNBA franchise team (The Dream) for
Atlanta. She enjoys playing and watching sports--with a particular love for golf, tennis, running
and hiking. Ms. Hartman also invests her time and resources to support causes benefiting
children’s education and well-being. She co-founded the Metro Atlanta Million Mom March
Chapter and was the Georgia State Volunteer Coordinator for Senator Bill Bradley’s Presidential
run in 2000.
Pam Jensen T’95
Pam Jensen is a career development coach and independent human resources consultant
specializing in career issues, work/life balance and organizational effectiveness. As an
independent consultant, Pam has worked with organizations of all sizes from start-ups to
Fortune 100 corporations. She currently works at Harvard Business School as a member of the
admissions board and as a strategic consultant for the Harvard Innovation Lab. In a previous
assignment with the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Pam was responsible for the
delivery of the career development curriculum for their Back in Business career reentry
program.
Prior to starting her own consulting venture and coaching practice, Pam worked 10 years at the
Gillette Company in human resources. At Gillette, Pam managed both global MBA recruiting
and global work/life initiatives. While in the work/life role, she served as an employee advocate
in creating flexible work arrangements, was responsible for counseling employees who were
returning from maternity leave, and implemented a new back-up childcare program. Those
roles laid the foundation for her current involvement in the career reentry movement and her
belief in the critical importance of utilizing this unique talent pool.
Pam holds a BA from Northwestern University, a JD from the University of Illinois, and an MBA
from Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She and her husband (also a Tuck
grad) live in Duxbury, MA, with their 3 children–ages 17, 14 and 10.
Amy Kessel ’88
Amy Kessel ’88 is a leadership coach and consultant. Her clients are high-achieving, purposedriven professionals who are moving into more intentional and authentic ways of living and
leading. Amy has helped hundreds of clients cultivate not only the outward results they seek,
but also a lasting sense of personal fulfillment by bringing all of themselves to the table–their
values, their passions and their personal truths.
Amy works with a wide range of clients, from corporate and non-profit executives to academics
to entrepreneurs. She is also a coach for the Playing Big Global Leadership Program for Women,
a virtual program that has enrolled thousands of women from many sectors around the world.
A passionate leadership development specialist, Amy designs and delivers programs drawing on
Emotional Intelligence ™ and Conscious Business ™ for companies such as Microsoft, Boeing,
Cisco and Capital One.
Amy maintains a special focus on women in her private practice, through which she provides
leadership and personal coaching, transformative workshops and small group retreats in the
Pacific Northwest. She holds a Masters’ degree in International Economics from Johns Hopkins,
an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth, and PCC coaching accreditation (2000+ client hours)
from the International Coaching Federation. She lives on a small island in the Puget Sound with
her two children and a menagerie of animals.

Sherri C. Oberg ’82 T’86 P’13 P’16 TP’18
Sherri is a recognized leader in entrepreneurship and innovation and has developed broad and
deep relationships in the Dartmouth and life sciences communities.
After pursuing her graduate degree, Sherri joined Inco Venture Capital Management and then
Aegis Venture Funds, where she invested in Neomorphics, an early-stage life sciences company.
At Neomorphics, a tissue engineering company, she transitioned to CEO and led a successful
turnaround. Subsequently, she co-founded Acusphere with Bob Langer, founder of
Neomorphics and now Institute Professor at MIT. Under her leadership, Acusphere grew to
>100 employees and invented four drug candidates that entered human clinical trials and
partnership agreements with larger pharmaceutical companies. One of these drug candidates
completed all three phases of human testing, commercial manufacturing scale-up and
regulatory submissions for approval in the U.S. and Europe.
Sherri was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and Mass High Tech
All-Star. She served on the Executive Committee of the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council
and on the Board of the Massachusetts Medical Device Council (MassMEDIC).
She received a BA from Dartmouth College and MBA from the Tuck School of Business and has
served in alumni leadership positions of increasing responsibility since finishing her graduate
degree, culminating in her service as Overseer at the Tuck School of Business and as Trustee at
Dartmouth College.
