KAM SA HYUNG – APPRECIATION FORM ONE SIR CHA RYUT Attention Stance move Left foot to Left Side so that feet are shoulder width apart; fists with fingers up at waist SIX SIR keep feet the same; fast Punch with LEFT FIST; pulling right fist back to waist at the same time TWO SIR keep feet the same; fists with fingers down in front of waist; arms straight in front (this is called Joon Bee Stance) SEVEN SIR keep feet the same; fast punch with RIGHT FIST; pulling left fist back to waist at the same time THREE SIR FOUR SIR FIVE SIR move Left foot to Left side so that your feet are 2x shoulder width apart and knees are bent (this is called Middle stance) ; pull fists back to waist with fingers facing up keep feet the same; Slow Punch with LEFT FIST; keeping right fist at waist keep feet the same; Slow Punch with RIGHT FIST; pulling Left fist back to waist at the same time EIGHT SIR NINE SIR bring Left foot back towards right foot so that your feet are 1 shoulder width apart; bring both fists to your waist, with fingers faced up keep feet the same; fists with fingers faced down in front of waist; arms straight in front (this is Joon Bee Stance) TEN SIR bring left foot to your right foot; slap your hands on the sides of your legs (this is Cha Ryut -aka Attention Stance)
