down in front
of waist; arms
straight in front

SEVEN SIR
keep feet the same;
fast punch with
RIGHT FIST; pulling
left fist back to waist
at the same time
THREE SIR
FOUR SIR
FIVE SIR
move Left foot to
Left side so that your
feet are 2x shoulder
width apart and knees
are bent (this is called
Middle stance)
; pull fists back to waist
with fingers facing up
keep feet the same;
Slow Punch with
LEFT FIST; keeping
right fist at waist
keep feet the same;
Slow Punch with RIGHT
FIST; pulling Left fist
back to waist at the
same time
EIGHT SIR
NINE SIR
bring Left foot back
towards right foot so that
your feet are 1 shoulder

fists to your waist,

to your right foot; slap
