Practices will be every other Thursday starting December 8th from after school to 3:15p.m.

Parents are responsible for transportation from school. No child will be bussed home after
practice.

If a student is not picked up on time, even ONCE the student will not be able to remain on the
team.

This form must be completed in order to participate.

Running is intended to challenge and engage the physical, mental, and emotional resources of each participant; however, I
recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks involved with running. I voluntarily agree to assume full risk of injuries,
damage or loss, regardless of the severity that my minor child/ward may sustain as a result in participating in any and all activities
connected with or associated with the Running Redbirds program. I further agree to relinquish all claims I or my minor child/ward
may have as a result to participation in the Running Redbirds against the Alton School District, including its respective officials,
agents, volunteers, and employees.
