Students may not receive federal aid at more than one institution during the same term or for time periods
which overlap. If you will be attending ABC for the remainder of this year, please update your enrollment
with your previous school and request to cancel any pending financial aid disbursements.

If you have resolved your pending disbursements at your previous institution already, please
attach an updated award letter to this form showing all undisbursed aid has been canceled to this
form and submit it to the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships.

If you have canceled your pending aid and are unable to turn in an updated award letter, please
contact our office and request that we confirm cancellation with the Department of Education.
