Welcome to a Taste of EASE. Blessings to each one of you. I wish to share a little about the EASE
Program that has been created for many people on the earth to experience an easier time in
their life in many areas that they struggle with or simply do not have a flow of energy with.
Just as many of you may experience life here, sometimes in its easy flow and sometimes in its crisis
point, sometimes in a struggle inside of yourself and sometimes maybe even in the full wellness of
being, in complete wellbeing, complete balance and health… what is this sacred missing
ingredient that creates this, the ease of flow and energy consciousness in your life so everything
that takes place is easy for you or easier than it has ever been for you?
It is simply the quality of energy that flows through your chakras and your energy body. It is simply
the flow of this energy that allows your consciousness, your power, your truth and the full true
identity of your being to emanate and express itself in your life. It is simply the flow of divine
energy, universal energy that creates this for you.
The EASE Program has been created to manifest in specific areas of your life the release of energy
that does not flow to create the energy in these areas of your life to then begin to flow,
generating new consciousness for you, new ways of being, new experiences. It is a program that
has been created to open you to your true identity for what many call the heart experience.
I would ask you now what is it that you wish to experience through the fullness of your heart in this
life? What you battle with? What you may believe is impossible for you and what you would like
assistance with? For it is this that the EASE Program has been created for you and others here.
You have the greatest potential to live a life of love in fullness of the expression of who you are
and receiving the grace of the universe to support you. But what is this mysterious universal
support that is so profound, that can create you to experience ease in your life and move
through areas of your life that have for many years appeared to have obstacles within them –
what is this mystery? It is simply Spirit. The energy that spirit can bring to you.
The EASE Program is created and fully interactive with your energy body system. As you join in this
Taste of EASE beings from the realms of love will come into the space with you. They will open
your energy body and simply, as you lay and sit, they will bring the EASE energies through you for
specific reasons. And within each session that you receive, it will be clarified deeply to you of
what it is that you are receiving and what it will fulfil for you through simple teachings brought
forth in a meditational experience. This is known as Tranmissional Meditation.
Within the Taste of EASE you will begin to experience this Transmissional Meditation and also
Psychic Surgery which is a sacred form of healing brought forth specifically to release all of the
invisible energetic obstacles that lay within your energy body that you may have inherited or you
may have held karmically or co-created.
And as you receive this Introduction to EASE with me, I simply ask you now to go inside and feel
the presence of spirit with you now and the energies that wish to come to you to give you a Taste

of EASE. These energies are known as the five essential energies. The whole of the universe is
made of these. Every plant, every animal, every part of the earth, every star in the heavens,
every person. Everything in life is made from a mixture of these essential energies. In a specific
ratio they form all of life and they create balance for you. They simply are Prana which is the life
force that you carry. It comes to you from the earth core and everything that emanates prana.
The second essential energy is the Light that comes from the heavens that is also called the Christ
Light. This is the energy that when you look into the eyes of someone who is truly joyous you will
see sparks of light appearing out of their eyes. This is the light, the Christ Light, emanating to you.
The third essential energy is known as Plasma. It is the same energy that, as the plasmic rings
around the sun, we have smaller quantities of this within us. It heats our body, creates fire
internally and also ignites our power.
The fourth is pure Love that we all hold and links us and unites us. It is also known as Voidal
Energy.
And the fifth is the source energy that is infinite and has no boundaries. It links us with our essential
nature in life. It ignites our spirit in life.
During the EASE Program it is these divine energies that are brought forth to you as you sit and lay
and specific meditational transmissional healings are offered to you. Your energy body is opened
and transformation takes place as you simply receive. It is the easiest form of self-transformational
healing. It is not a program for your mind to study. It is an experiential program that creates your
energies to begin to transform and flow with ease.
The energies are coming to you now, very gently. Throughout the program these energies are
directed into your body into specific chakras, your energy body and levels of your energy body.
And this direction is overlighted by your own Divine Presence. The Angels, Archangels, EASE
Emissaries and Enlightened Healers and Masters that are the EASE Team only bring to you only
that which your Divine Presence chooses is the highest for you.
In this moment infusions of energy begin to take place to simply give you a taste of this now. Take
some breaths inside, relax and gently just allow yourself to be in receptivity to the best of your
ability now as your own overlighting guides support you to receive a Taste of EASE balancing you.
Balancing and aligning your energy at this time to support you to receive in your life more ease.
This will effect you over the next three days of your life.
Whenever a person does a two-day gathering of the EASE Program, their emotions, thoughts,
experiences are uplifted for three days and then over thirty days they integrate this experience.
And during this integration in the evenings when they sleep, the Enlightened Teams of the EASE
Program come to visit the person as they sleep, creating healing on a permanent level for this
person.
This is the first intention of the program, to support a person to transform their deepest struggles in
life permanently. To support a person to receive ease for things that have been a little difficult in
their life is the second intention of EASE. And the third is to open the new doorways for people to
be able to experience their heart dreams. This program has been created for this. It is powerful,
profound.
Many have talked of amazing experiences, transformations, upliftments and complete
transformation taking place. Others speak of small miracles and some even of large miracles.
Inside of your own heart, after this experience with the Taste of EASE you will know if this is for you.

If you have been guided to EASE and if this takes place, you may wish to join the first seven
modules and receive Essential EASE, a series of seven two-day gatherings with an EASE Facilitator.
If you are guided to this, this program has been created to fully transform your experience with
yourself; your family; your physical body; your plans in life; your emotional, mental and spiritual
experiences in life.
Essential EASE has been created for all of humanity to receive. If you receive this you will find that
all of your lower chakras will open and expand and you will ground your dreams. Your heart will
open so that you can experience the flow of your love and joy in life. And your mind and soul
and spirit and body will begin to unite to create a holistic experience in your life.
It is recommended that if you are guided to EASE to begin with Essential EASE for the Opening to
Your Happiness in Life. And once you have completed this you may be guided to receive the
intermediate level of EASE, which is another five modules which open you to your higher spiritual
gifts.
Firstly, supporting your relationships in life to blossom and flow. Secondly, supporting your gifts to
open for you to be able to use these more deeply in your daily life. And the other, supporting:
your guidance to open; your manifestation abilities and your connection with the holistic nature
of your being, also known as your Presence; the anchoring of yourself to complete the upliftment
of your consciousness to create the expansion of your life and energy.
This takes place through receiving all twelve modules of the Program. If you are guided to this
you will open your channel to your Presence and begin to receive beautiful frequencies flowing
through you everyday. And these will ground deeply through all of your chakras. And as each
chakra facilitates a different aspect of your life, every major aspect of your life will receive the
support of the universe and the divine energies that it needs for your evolution to take place
holistically.
Take a deep breath now beloveds and place your heart wish out now. Your heart wish for an
easier life. Place your heart out and call out with me now to spirit, to the universe and place your
intention with me solidly to co-create this now that your path of EASE will be solid and make
permanent transformation that will fulfil you in this life. Bring excitement, passion, joy, presence of
love, divine experience to you. And that your own transcension of the more difficult things you
meet will take place with great assistance and support that you are loved and supported and
you may live a blessed life here.
Choose this with me now. Choose with me to receive assistance from spirit in the most powerful
profound way today. And simply sit now in openness to the miracles that spirit can bring to you.
The EASE Program has been created for this, for you, for every being to receive the greatest
assistance from spirit. It is your time now to receive the grace that is available to you…and as you
receive this, your own true identity, as you open and express the holistic nature of your being
more daily, you will bless all beings around you. And this is the blessed life that is the highest
potential for you.
EASE now offers you an opening to this. A simple taste is offered as a gift from spirit to you. May
you enjoy this beloveds and may it take you to a place where you know that you are loved and
supported here to evolve, to open and emanate the truth of who you are here.
