Budget UpdateAshley and Desirae working out last details. Need to get food receipts from Mrs. Ortega from football
season.
Ashley needs inactive students’ names/numbers from Directors to have accurate account of
assessments.
LeslieWorking on By Laws and how we can make amendments to current ones to define board positions,
duties, and clean up old material. It will need to be approved by current board, then voted on by
general voters.
AmandaFundraising dinner is Feb 9 from 6-7:15pm with silent auction for quilt during dinner. Everyone eating
needs a $10 ticket. Concert at 7:30-8:30pm
Texas Roadhouse Gift Cards, Easter lilies, 14 calendars left- sell at dinner??
Mr. BrentsHoping to get 2 marimbas from the school, plus sound system.
There will be no Area Clinic.-Maybe next year with other schools in the area. Lack of interest from
private instructors & weather this year.
New drill writer needed because current one is $10k.
Discrepancy with Ms Shaw over how old our uniforms actually are. Shannon emailing uniform
information she has gathered to Mr. Brents.
Guard needs tarp and cart. We already approved that.
Spring trip- Guard cannot go because of competition.
