Do you know someone in the Honeybourne or Bredon areas who needs
support to get online, maybe a parent or grandparent?
Do they need to access health information on line?
If the answer is “yes” then this free training session in both Honeybourne
and Bredon is designed with them in mind.
Worcestershire County Council Healthy Communities team is
supporting people to "get on line" to access health information . The
training is designed for people who don’t know how to access the
internet and will guide them to health specific websites such as NHS
Choices, local GP surgery websites and Worcestershire County
Council's Your Life Your Choice website.
The training will be on board the Mobile Library bus on:
Thursday 10th March 10am - 1pm, parked in the car park opposite the
bowling club, Kemerton Rd, Bredon
Monday 14th March 10am – 1pm, Village Hall car park, Bretforton Rd,
Honeybourne
To book a 1 hour training session, or for more information, call us on
01386 565182. Alternatively villagers can just "drop in" on Thursday 10th
March. All computers and a trainer are provided free but if anyone has
their own charged laptop or tablet they are welcome to bring it along to
learn using equipment they want to become familiar with. Alternatively
come along for a chat about how to access the internet.
