THEPOSITION:
AsaStoreManager,youwillbeanambassadorforthebrand.ReportingdirectlytotheHeadofRetail,youwill
ultimatelyberesponsiblefordrivingthesalesandtheoverallsuccessofthestore.
GENERALRESPONSIBILITIES:
AsaStoreManager,youwillbeanambassadorforOrlebarBrown.YouwillreportdirectlytotheHeadofRetail,
andresponsibilitieswillinclude:
• AchieveandwhereeverpossibleexceedinsalestomaximizeonsellingresultsandkeyKPI’s:Footfall,
UPT,Conversion,ATV
• Manageandmotivatethestoreteamtodeliverthehighestlevelofcustomerserviceandasaservice
ambassadorleadtheteamintermsofsellingtechniques
• AssistingAssistantStoreManagerinday-to-dayoperations
• Buildingaclientbaseandclienteling

Manageandoverseedailystoremaintenance
Maintainingsecurityoftheshoppremises,stockandallshopmonies
CompletingandsubmittingallnecessarypaperworkandreportsforOrlebarBrownHeadOfficewhen
required
Overseeingthestockcontrolandstockmanagementandreturnstowarehouse
Takeownershipofthedailystockcountsandliaisewithmerchandisingatheadofficeforany
corrections
Overseeingthemanagementofthestoreandteam
Sign-offonstorestaffstorerota,ifyouhaveanassistantmanagerotherwiseyouwilltakesole
ownershiptomanage
Responsibletodevelopthestoreteamandtrainatlocalstorelevel
Responsiblefordailyandweeklyadminworkloads
Ensurecustomercomplaintsaremanagedinasympatheticandtimelymanner

ResponsibletorolloutandfollowVMguidelinesandVMstandardsandseasonalchanges
Developthestoresalesteamanddeliverlocaltrainingandcoachingatlocalstorelevel
Toliaisewithmarketingexecutivetodrivefootfallinstoreviamarketingactivityandplatforms
