● March 1, 2016– the appel for conference
● April 1, 2016– the deadline for submission of the registration form
● May 1, 2016 – the deadline for submission of the entire study –Romanian and
English
● May 15, 2016 – the acceptance of the scientific committee
● May 31, 2016 – the deadline for payment of the participation fee
● June 07, 2016 – dissemination of the conference program
● June 10/11 – 06, 2016– the works of the conference
۩ Informations about registration and fee payment:
Registration will be done by communication of the full papers at the following e-mail:

Participation fee is 250 Lei (55 euros). It will be paid into the account will shall communicate
after the receipt of the acceptance of the paper.
The fee is paid per item, not per authors. An author can participate with only one work.
۩ Information about publishing the accepted papers:
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings (Supplement to review Valahia
University Law Study). The journal is registred at CNCS as B+, indexed BDI Copernicus, EBSCO,
WorldCat.
۩ The format of the works :
¾ Studies will be written in Romanian and English;
¾ Title of the paper will be written with Times New Roman font, size 14, all caps, bold, centered;
¾ On two lines (12) away from the title, the full name and the surname will be writen, by Times
New Roman font, size 12, bold, alignment right; only the names will be written with capital
letters;
¾ After name, an asterisk will be put and the scientific title, or, where appropriate, profession and,
for both, affiliation will be indicated in the footnote;
¾ After name, two lines (12) away the abstract will be included (max.300 words) and keywords (35) with Times New Roman font, size 10, italic, one line, alignment justify;
¾ The content will have two rows (12) away from keywords and will be written with Times New
Roman font, size 12, single spacing, alignment justify;
¾ Studies will be from 6 to 8 pages;
¾ A4 page (Setup: Top - 2 cm, Bottom - 2 cm, Left - 3 cm, Right - 2 cm);
¾ Footnotes will be written with Times New Roman font, size 10, single spacing, alignment justify;
¾ Bibliography - at the end of the study, Times New Roman font, size 10, single spacing, alignment
justify;
¾ To underline the text, use only italic font, not bold or underline;
¾ Bibliographic references have the form: Author (Name, surname), Title, publisher, place, year, or
some other dedicated (Oxford, Harvard etc..) - respected throughout the whole paper. Specify
page "p." when refer to one page, "pp." when refer to more. Indications in Latin (ibid., op. cit.,
Ibid., Sqq. etc.) will be written in italics. In a bibliography list, each entry ends with a point.
¾ For bibliographic references that refer to periodicals, entries will have the form: Author, "Article
quoted" the Publication name, number, location, year, p. (pp.) xx-xx. In the same way, there will
be references to book chapters or contributions of collective works: Author A, "Chapter quoted" in
Author B (ed. / Eds.), Title, publisher, place, year.
