We have worked diligently to bring you a well organized, fun, and safe event, but we need your help and cooperation to ensure the event runs smoothly! For our Runners : There are waves in which we will line up. The first wave is for our super speedy community • supporters. NO GOTR in this wave. The second wave is for our GOTR participants, running • • • • buddies, families and all other recreational runners. The third wave is for our walkers, and stroller riding participants. Do not run more than 2 people side by side and stay to your LEFT. Please move to the side if you need to take a pause. Water stations are available on the course, please move quickly through and don’t forget to throw a high five to our awesome volunteers! Do not stop at the finish line; keep moving through the chute towards our replenishment station. For our Spectators : Do not impede the path of our runners throughout the course and at the finish. This will be • strongly enforced. • Be respectful of other spectators trying to get a glimpse of and cheer on their runner. • Please adhere to the requests of our volunteers and police. • Do not enter the finishers chute. We ask that EVERYONE, runners and spectators alike, THANK OUR VOLUNTEERS! We couldn’t run this event without them. Sponsored by: Julie Killen Girls on the Run New Jersey North is a 501c3.
