La Paz Chattanooga is often called upon by local and regional employers who wish to promote
bilingual or Spanish speaking employment opportunities. Additionally, several Spanish speaking and
bilingual job seekers come to La Paz asking about jobs. Through the La Paz online Job Board, we are
now giving employers and job seekers a way to connect.
For employers who want to reach the Chattanooga Latino community, La Paz Chattanooga is a great
place to advertise your employment opportunities. Below is a list of advertising opportunities for the
online La Paz Job Board.

Job opportunity will be posted for 60
consecutive days and serve as a “featured job”
that stays at the top of the list for one week.

Job opportunity will also be listed one time on
select La Paz social media outlets.

appropriate Spanish.

Employers will have a login and password and
be able to post unlimited 30-day employment
opportunities with the Social Media Add-On

The Job Listings page on the La Paz Chattanooga website is a tool which is to be used only as a
resource to pass along job opportunities for those seeking bilingual or Spanish specific applicants. La Paz
Chattanooga does not interview or screen applicants for compliance and legal authorization for
employment.
All application and hiring procedures are handled directly between the job seekers and employers. La
Paz Chattanooga does not guarantee any job placements as a result of employment listings on its
website.
JOB SEEKERS
La Paz Chattanooga only serves as a resource for current employment opportunities available from
employers who have added them through the submission process. Each employer submits job
descriptions, wages, and qualifications separately and independent from La Paz Chattanooga. La Paz
Chattanooga is not responsible for the hiring process associated with any job listing. All job seekers must
contact the employer separately to apply for a position.
EMPLOYERS
All persons who post a position on the La Paz Chattanooga Job Listings page agree that they have the
legal authority and permission to use company, organizational, or institutional names, titles, logos,
and/or copyright materials in conjunction with the job listing, and furthermore agrees to allow La Paz
Chattanooga to use it on it’s website to promote a job opening.
La Paz Chattanooga will screen and remove any posting that appears to discriminate against
applicants based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, creed, age, disability, or gender, and/or contains
profane, obscene, or harassing language.
Employers agree to pay in full the associated fees related to the job posting. All employment
opportunities must be entered through the Add a Job Listing form on the La Paz Chattanooga website.
No employment opportunities will be posted sent via e-mail or fax communication. Job listings will be
posted only for the appropriate length of time determined by the payment option selected.
All positions for internships and volunteer opportunities must select those appropriate categories in the
“Add a Job Listing” form or they will be removed.
La Paz Chattanooga reserves the right to refuse and deny the posting of any job listing that it deems to
contradict or oppose the mission of the organization. Furthermore, La Paz Chattanooga reserves the
right to change the terms and conditions of the Job Listings page, as it deems necessary.
