of our four offices and remember to bring:
1 Proof of ID, e.g. Passport or Driving Licence
2 Proof of address, e.g. utility bill or bank statement
3 Your PPS Number, e.g. Tax Cert, Social Welfare Card
4 Letter from Employer confirming employment
(Only applicable for members working but not living in the
