2:10 am - Rod Armstrong, age 54, of Prineville was arrested for DUII in the area of Highway 26 East
in Prineville. He was booked into the Crook County Jail.

7:30 pm - Jonathan Burke, age 27, of Redmond was arrested for DUII, elude, resisting arrest, failure
to perform the duties of a driver, criminal trespass and reckless endangering in the area of SW Powell
Butte Highway. He was booked into the Crook County Jail.
