CORRIGENDUM
This refers to advertisement for invitation for BIDS (IFB) No 1-14/2013-14/P&S dated
17.01.2015 in Times of India dated 19.01.2015. it is intimated that the name of the
equipment at SL No 26 may be read as Rotavator/Gyrovator , the Earnest Money at the SL
No 2 may be read as Rs 45,000.00 ,the name of the equipment at SL No 11 may be read as
Trolley based Anaesthesia machine with drawers ,the heading of specification at the SL No
82 may be read as Detailed specifications for Inverted Biological Microscope
with Fluorescence attachment and complete specification of equipment at SL No 73 is
enclosed below.

X-ray machine
SPECIFICATIONS OF 300mA X-RAY MACHINE (HIGH FREQUENCY MACHINE)
High frequency X-Ray machine suitable for general Radiography & compatibility for Digital
radiography.
1. The unit should be approved by AERB for radiation safety norms
2. High frequency X-Ray generator with Power output of generator should be 32 KW or
more.
3. User friendly, Compact, Soft Touch Control panel for all operation of machine with
all safety norms.
4. One Dual Focus rotating anode X-ray tube thermally protected having focal spot:1.2 mm or less small Focus
2 mm or less Large Focus
5. Machine should be providing with motorized table, Bucky with tray and grid.
6. The company should be ISO certified. The company should provide layout plan and
QE test report for registration from AERB.
7. The company should have proven track record in Govt sector.Company should not
be blacklisted from any Government organization in India.
8. List of recent installation in Govt. Hospitals. list of govt installation along with purchase
orders may also be enclosed.
9. The machine should be supplied and installed at site with working compatibility on
three phase power supply.
10. Company should have well established after sales service network with call centre
having 24X7 call login facility.Company should notify the complaint redressal policy.
11. Company should confirm the availability of spare parts for 10 years from date of
supply of the equipment.
12. In case of dealer /distributer, proper authorization from original manufacturer
should be enclosed.
13. The Machine should have 5year onsite warranty from date of Installation. The rate
for CMC for 5 years, including Xray tube should be quoted separately.
14. Demo of machine and at least two training.
15. Minor electrical and civil work if required for installation of machine will be done by
vendor.
Specification for Digital CR package for Xray
1. Reader (10 Pixel or more) Withdouble cassette feed, Integrates to all DICOM compatible
PACS software along with online ups as per requirement.
2. CR cassettes 10X12,14X17 ,8X10 Automatic cassette as per standard norm
3. Dry laser image printer with resolution 500dpi or more that is able to print out all film size
4. CR Server : PC with guanine window with additional external Hard drive backup &,USB 2.0
interfacewith all necessary user friendly software
5. Custom work station for digital system.
