I supervised social workers in child protection during that period, I have been supervising social
workers privately since 2011 and I supervise students every year on the MSW.
I published one of the first study of social workers' supervision in child protection in 2012 and I
was the peer-reviewed for the revised HSE supervision policy and training course in 2013.
