ONE COAT CLEAR SEALER/PRIMER
DESCRIPTION: Penetrating clear matte waterproofer for vertical surfaces;
water-based acrylic, low odor and low VOC.

Important: Read all directions thoroughly. Recommended: Wear gloves and
safety glasses.
CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
FIRST AID: For Eye Contact: Flush with water for 15 minutes. For Skin
Contact: Prolonged contact may cause irritation. Wash affected area with
soap and water. If Swallowed: Induce vomiting and seek immediate medical
attention. Inhalation: If headache or nausea is experienced, remove the
individual to fresh air. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
SURFACE PREP*: All surfaces must be clean and dry. Remove any loose
or peeling paint and excessive chalk. Repair all cracks and surface breaks.
Cover windows, doors, etc., prior to application. Use caution when applying on
windy days. Remove any overspray immediately with water.
APPLICATION: Read “LIMITATIONS” section before use. Ready to use – do not
dilute. Apply 1 coat of Stucco-Guard using a garden sprayer, airless sprayer,
brush or up to a 1/2” nap roller. Prior to use, gently stir with a stick for 30
seconds. Spray applications should be backrolled to assure proper surface
penetration. Stucco-Guard goes on milky white, which aids in complete
surface application, but dries clear. Do not apply below grade.
COVERAGE: 80–300 sq. ft. per gallon based on surface porosity. Coverage on
painted stucco is approximately 150 sq. ft. per gallon. Second coat coverage
is roughly 50% greater per gallon.
WIND-DRIVEN RAIN: As a waterproofer for wind-driven rain, apply 2
floodcoats and backroll.
DRY TIME: Stucco-Guard dries in 2–4 hours, depending on temperature and
humidity.
CLEAN-UP & STORAGE: Clean all tools immediately after use with soap and
water. Store unused product in a dry place above 32°F (0°C). KEEP FROM
FREEZING.
NEW STUCCO: Allow new stucco to dry for a minimum of five days before
applying Stucco-Guard. Apply 2 flood coats, allowing a minimum of 2 hours
dry time between coats. When dry to touch, the Stucco-Guard can then be
top coated with paint.
TOPCOATING: Stucco-Guard can be topcoated when dry with latex, oil based
or elastomeric coatings.
LIMITATIONS: Use on above-grade vertical surfaces. Do not apply if rain is
forecast within 12 hours or if temperatures fall below 50°F within 24 hours of
application. Do not use on swimming pools, birdbaths, water features, cedar,
redwood or in areas where hydrostatic pressure is likely to develop. Do not
use on very porous substrates like low density, decorative block (use SEALKRETE HEAVY-DUTY instead).
*Sanding or removing paint containing lead may be hazardous. For

available on the quality and performance of this product on a
per job basis. Contact our technical service dept. for details
on this warranty program. Otherwise, manufacturer/seller
makes no warranty of any kind except that this product is free
from defect and is of merchantable quality. Buyer remedy for
breach of warranty is limited to replacement of SEAL-KRETE
product or refund of purchase price. Convenience Products will
not be responsible for labor or the cost of labor for removal or
application of any product.
