JULIE R. NEIDLINGER is an artist, writer, and
private pilot from a farm north of Devils Lake,
North Dakota. She currently lives in Bismarck, North
Dakota. Over the years she’s been a school
teacher, pastry chef, graphic designer, postal
worker, cook, church pianist, newspaper reporter,
and copy writer, among other things. She’s been
writing at the Lone Prairie Blog since 2002.
