Terms and Conditions
1.The 2013 DuPont™ FarmCare® Row Crop Program begins February 15, 2013 and ends August 31, 2013. The program is open to growers in Ontario and Quebec.
No pre-enrollment is required.
2. Eligible products must be purchased between February 15, 2013 and August 31, 2013, with the intention that the products will be sprayed during the 2013 growing season.
3.Minimum purchase to qualify for a discount is 50 acres of eligible DuPont corn, soybean and/or wheat crop protection products. Grower must purchase in full unit increments.
For example, a grower cannot purchase a partial jug, partial pouch or a partial tote.
4.Ontario and Quebec growers who purchase 50 to 399 acres of cumulative eligible DuPont corn, soybean and/or wheat crop protection products qualify for Club Level rebates as
indicated in the table below. Growers who purchase 400 acres or more of cumulative eligible DuPont corn, soybean and/or wheat crop protection products qualify for Platinum
Level rebates as indicated in the table below. Bonus: Growers who purchase a minimum of 50 acres of Guardian® Plus qualify for an additional $2.00/acre rebate for matching
acres of Assure® II. Bonus: Acapela™ + Refine® Cereal Bonus: Growers who purchase a minimum of 40 acres of Refine® SG or Refine® M qualify for an additional $1.00/acre
rebate for matching acres of Acapela™. For the Cereal Bonus, 50 acres/jug of Acapela™ shall be used for calculating matching acres.

Note: 50 acres/jug of Acapela™ shall be used for calculating matching acres of Acapela™ with Refine® brand herbicides.
5. All rebate claims must be received by DuPont no later than October 15, 2013.
6. Qualifying growers will receive their rebate in the form of a cheque from DuPont.
7.Growers who received a discount under the 2012–2013 DuPont™ Guardian® Early Purchase Program will not earn additional Guardian® rebates under the
2013 DuPont™ FarmCare® Row Crop Program. However, product purchased under the 2012–2013 DuPont™ Guardian® Early Purchase Program will be counted
toward total purchases to qualify “as builder acres” for the various levels of the 2013 DuPont™ FarmCare® Row Crop Program and the Bonus on Assure® II.
8. Growers whose accounts are not in good standing with their retailer may not earn rewards.
9. Products must be used according to their registered use patterns.
10.In order to qualify for the 2013 DuPont™ FarmCare® Row Crop Program, eligible products must be used by the same purchaser, on a single farming operation in
the province of Ontario or Quebec.
11.Should a price list or other documentation that is provided to retailers indicate suggested resale prices, the retailers shall in no way be obliged to accept such
prices for resale purposes and, if it does not accept same, it shall in no way suffer in its relationship with DuPont or any other person over whom DuPont has control.
12. DuPont reserves the right to verify net purchases. All purchases must be made from an authorized crop protection retailer with CropLife Phase III facilities.
13.Presumption of consent: By participating in this program, the grower acknowledges that their retailer(s) will submit purchase information, which may include personally
identifiable information on their behalf to E. I. du Pont Canada Company and authorizes DuPont, its affiliates and any third parties designated by DuPont to use such information
for the purpose of administrating the program and as a basis to send information that is relevant and useful to the grower. Certain of these affiliates or third parties may be
located in countries outside of Canada. If a grower does not wish to receive product/offering information from DuPont, the grower can contact DuPont at 1-800-667-3925.
