established in Curacao, located on the Rector Zwijsenstraat 1, announces the request for quotation
for the following subject:
Accommodation of External Technicians/Advisors
The purpose of this request for quotation
1.1 PURPOSE OF THIS Request for Quotation
Aqualectra is seeking quotations from qualified companies for the rental of rooms and or
apartments for extended periods for its external advisors and technicians including utilities and
cleaning services.
Aqualectra intends to award the contractor to the best proposal, (based on the tender) with
the supply of these rooms and or apartment(s) including utilities, housekeeping, security
services, high speed internet (WIFI, min 40 Mbps), parking space and laundry services. As
well an inventory list or checklist of each room / apartment and facility where all items
provided by OWNER are listed.
The period of the accommodations:
For our technicians we are requesting:
A quotation, which shows the total cost per room or apartment for the period of 1 year (with an
option for 1 additional year) plus taxes and service charges.

The organizations which are interested in submitting the Request for Quotation, we kindly request
you to send us your company information and we will send the RFQ documents by email. as for
March 21th, 2017at 16:00 (GMT-4).

Submittal Request for Quotation
The documents must be delivered in a sealed envelope, clearly showing the specification number
and description listed, to be deposited in a special container and designated as such at Aqualectra
Production, Mundu Nobo, and no later than April 27th, 2017 between 09:00 and 10:00 am local
time sharp.
The opening of the envelope will take place at 10:00 am.
Aqualectra reserves the right to terminate the submission process at any time and have
no obligation with the organizations concerning their quotations submitted.
