NO OUTSIDE ENTERTAINMENT is permitted of any kind.
PLAY SPACE PACKAGE is only for ages 3 and under.
Reservations at least 2 weeks in advance for Play Space and Golden.
At least 4 weeks in advance for Platinum.
We DO NOT supply any kind of paper goods, table covers, special decorations please be sure to bring your own.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 40 people (including children)
TIME IN / TIME OUT: Party will start and end ON TIME. You can arrive 30 minutes BEFORE the time of the
party to set up decoration or food. You can stay UP TO 30 minutes to pick up your personal items.
Any extra charges will be process to your credit card the following business day
Final number of children must be received 2 business days before the party (For Golden / Platinum packages)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
 $50.00 Non-refundable cancellation fee will apply if cancelled 7 or more days before the party.
 With less than 7 DAYS, there will be NO refunds. Rescheduling only on times and dates available.
 There will be NO returns or discounts for any unused extras.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: A valid credit card must be provided
Additional charges include (additional time, additional children, and broken objects) will be charged the next business
day after the party to your CREDIT CARD at the rates below.
Final count of children will be taken the day of the party by our party monitor.
Children rate: $15 per child after the first 10 children. Additional children are defined as:
 For Play Space:
Children 3 months and older
 For Golden & Platinum:
Walking children
Time rates: PLEASE LEAVE ON TIME to avoid extra charges.
 $150 per hour
 $75 per half hour
 $40 per 15 minutes.
