DW C-CAT (Casing Alignment Fillup Tool)
The DW C-CAT system uses two hydraulic cylinders
positioned below the top drive, with extra-long slings
guided past the main elevator to the double-hinged,
single-joint elevator. Once the Casing is hanging from the
single joint elevator, the DW C-CAT is activated which
pulls the casing up and stabs it into the fill up tool.

The DWPHS is positioned below the top drive with 2 arms
that reach over to the v-door and drop the single joint
elevator onto the casing. Once the casing is locked into the
single joint elevators the DWPHS will pick the casing up and
swing it over to the center of the rig floor under the CRT.

AutoFill™ Casing Fill-up and Circulating Tool
The AutoFill™ allows the operator to fill, circulate, and recover fluid
while running casing. With the AutoFill™ you can continue to use the rig
pumps and top drive while running or pulling each joint of casing. The
AutoFill™ Casing Fill-Up & Circulating System saves time, enhances rig
safety, and well control during drilling operations.
 Our casing FAC tool is the easiest to operate and the easiest and most
inexpensive to maintain.
