Why OTR?
About Enhanced OTR
Few companies and organisations plan for their long-term future. With global
economic uncertainty, sustainability and growth are highly dependent on
sound strategy and a unified company vision, which the Operation and
Technology Roadmapping (OTR) process can provide.
The Enhanced OTR helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Broad-based industries

The OTR process was adapted from Cambridge University’s T-Plan. More than
