President and Manager, of Retirement Plan Services. He splits his
time between Albuquerque and Artesia.

Bill has over 30 years of experience in
the Trust Industry with an emphasis
on Retirement Plan Services. Bill
began his career in Employee Benefit
Administration with Fulton Financial
Corporation in Lancaster, PA. He has
worked for a series of community
banking organizations; most of which
have experienced changes resulting
from mergers and consolidation in the
banking industry.
Bill has performed administration,
portfolio management, and staff
supervision for large banking organizations including PNC Corporation,
Bank of America, and M&T Bank.
Most recently while at Community
Trust Banking he managed units with
formal responsibility for developing
business across all Trust product and
service lines of business; focusing on
Retirement Plan Administration and
Management.
He has served as a liaison to the
Pennsylvania State Bankers’ Association as Director of the Regional Trust
School and as Chairman of the PA
Bankers Association Trust and Wealth
Management Conference. For over a
decade he was an active member of
the Rotary Club of Lititz, PA serving as
President and as a Board Member.
Bill offers extensive experience in
Retirement Plans and Trust Services
in addition to offering expertise in
financial planning and investment
management.
