This is the finest 100% acrylic latex house paint available for use on virtually any exterior surface. It’s premium
formulation provides maximum adhesion, breathability, flexibility, color retention, mildew, water and alkali resistance in
a quick drying easily applied finish. This environmentally friendly product gives a trouble free long lasting finish.

joints around windows, doors,trim, clapboards and other openings with California Caulking Compound. Spot prime
on all bare spots or badly eroded areas with Trouble-Shooter Latex or Oil Primer.
Mildewed areas should be scrubbed with a solution of equal parts household bleach and water. For protection use
rubber gloves and safety goggles. Rinse with clean water and allow to dry before painting.
In areas of excessive chalk, salt or dust, areas should be washed down with fresh water, then hosed clean. Thin
sparingly with water only if necessary to obtain proper application consistency (1/2 pint per gallon). Fres~Coat 100%
Acrylic Latex House Paint can be applied directly to any properly prepared previously painted surface. Spray application
does need to have consistency achieved by reducing material with one pint of water to a gallon. Apply paint
generously.
In hot weather work on shady side of building if possible. Do not brush out excessively. Can be applied to a damp
surface but excess surface moisture must be removed before painting.
New Wood Shingles, Shakes, Clapboards, Trim, Plywood, Texture I-II - Spot prime knots and resin areas with WipeOut Stain Block before priming entire surface with Trouble-Shooter Latex or Oil Primer. If brown stains show after
priming, spot prime.
Concrete, Masonry Block - Previously unfinished concrete or dense masonry block can be primed and finished using
two coats of Fres~Coat 100% Acrylic Latex House Paint.
Stucco, Cement, Asbestos, Siding, Brick - Unpainted but weathered or aged surfaces require a prime coat of Stonite
Masonry Conditioner before finish painting.
Ferrous Metal - All bare metal must be primed with Larcoloid® Rust Inhibiting Metal Primer to avoid rusting.
Aluminum or Vinyl Siding - Fres~Coat 100% Acrylic Latex House Paint can be applied directly to aluminum or vinyl
siding that has been properly washed to remove the oxidation. Vinyl siding, however, can only be painted with white or
light pastel colors, never darker than the color of the original vinyl siding. Dark paint colors will absorb heat and soften
the vinyl siding.

Do not mix with other paints, solvents or colors in oil. Keep from freezing. Air and surface temperature must be no
lower than 35°F during application and drying time. Do not paint when rain or dew is imminent. Fres~Coat 100%
Acrylic Latex House Paint is resistant to the deteriorating action of mildew and bacteria. No claim is made for the
preservative action to other than the paint film.
