Erin Kelly has been a valued team member of Real Estate Dynamics for just over 7 years. Starting in
reception, Erin was quickly recognised for her strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly, resolve problems
and her commitment to both the industry and the Company and has enjoyed working in most aspects of the
business. Now, 7 years and multiple Diplomas later, Erin is the Co-ordinator for the Products and Services
Department.
In this role, Erin is responsible for providing effective Team and Business Management, through which
the Department consistently achieves high-quality support to our Real Estate Dynamics’ clients. Erin’s
comprehensive knowledge of industry legislation, trust accounting and our BOSS products, along with her
diverse technical skills, has made her an excellent training resource for our clients and also our team, so they
can tackle any Property Management related issue with the best solution.
Erin is one of four siblings and part of a very competitive family. This is reflected in her love of Netball, which
she plays weekly. Playing since she was four years old, Erin is now a nationally badged Umpire, has played
State League, and has previously played at rep player level. She is also a massive supporter of the Firebirds!
This is along with many other hobbies, including singing, cooking, obstacle course racing, and looking after
her adopted dog and RED mascot, George.
Erin is an advocate of personal and work development, and is continuously looking to improve things within
the Company, and challenging herself to find a quicker and better way. Customers and Clients alike love Erin’s
delightful positive nature, helpfulness and her ability to guide them to time and cost effective solutions. So if
