Process of Filling:
At the beginning of the filling process the filling pipe dips in the container either by
lifting the container or by dropping the filling pipe into the container.
Depending on the viscosity of your product you have to choose the size of the filling
nozzle and the stroke lenghth that the product is filled into the container without air
And bubbles.
Please pay attention with high viscosity products that there is only a small bulk peak
at the end of the filling process. For low viscosity products you have to avoid air bubbles
by velocities in the product.

Process of Closure:
Our dispensing system Prestige MAN is shipped out in two assembled components:
1. Actuator with cap
2. Container with piston
After filling the container the actuator is set vertical onto the container and is pushed
to close.
This process normally is done by the cam control of your filling machine.
After pushing the actuator onto the container the pump has to dip into the product.

Possible Disfunctions and their reasons:
•
dispenser is „spitting“ in use
bubbles in the product at the filling process
•
dispenser is „spitting“ in use
product is very low-viscosity; the formula has to be
checked and reworked
•
Product is coming out at the
actuator and ring after closing
filling level is too high
dispenser is not dispensing
after several strokes
filling level is too low
•

Important notes:
In order to prevent filling problems, we are also happy to support you when first
filling our dispenser.
We would like to point out, that there is the possibility that the material of our
dispenser reacts with ingredients of your product formulation. In addition to your
stability- and functionality tests we would like to offer free of charge short term
functionality tests to be carried out at our Inotech laboratory with your original
product formulation. To do this, we would need about 1 kg of your original product
formulation.
Please note that, independent of internal tests at Inotech, the customer has to take
the final responsibility for compatibility.
