•15 hours (20 lessons) of tuition per week, mornings only
•Small mixed nationality classes (maximum 9 students)

ACCOMMODATION
There are several options:
Homestay – arranged by SIS. You will be placed with a suitable host family within walking distance of the school.
Dinner, bed and breakfast are included every day and light lunch at weekends. You will need to buy your weekday lunches.

Single room £173 per week

Self-Catering – we can direct you to websites where you can browse the different options and book self-catering apartments
or houses.

SOCIAL PROGRAMME
ALL ACTIVITIES ARE OPTIONAL
•Relax in a deckchair on the seafront. Be active and walk the cliffs of the Jurassic Coast.
•Visit the old – castles, historic houses, cathedrals and churches. And the new – Exeter shopping centre, the theatre and the cinema.
•Read and write – there are many places in Devon that have literary connections with authors such as Jane Austen, Agatha Christie and Rosamunde Pilcher and you can visit the locations that inspired them.
•Eat – fish and chips, cream teas and enjoy a barbecue in the school garden.
•Drink – visit the local pubs and cafes and sample Devon cider.
•Play golf, tennis or lawn bowls (there is a golf course in Sidmouth and others nearby).

We provide a FREE transfer from London Heathrow Airport every Saturday throughout the year. The bus aims to arrive at the
airport at 12.00 hrs and to depart at 16.30 hrs. Average journey time (including comfort stop) is 3.5 hours approximately.
To use this free transfer:
Arrivals:
Flights must arrive at Heathrow before 15.30
Departures:
Flights must depart from Heathrow after 13.45
Regular shuttle buses link Heathrow and Gatwick Airport (journey time 80 min) and to Stansted Airport (journey time 90 min).
We can arrange car transfers (up to 4 people) to Sidmouth from anywhere in the UK. Minimum price per car for single journey:
Heathrow £235; Gatwick £258; Stansted £290; Bristol £126; Exeter £38.
There are frequent bus (www.nationalexpress.com) and train(www.nationalrail.co.uk) services from London to Exeter and a regular bus
service form Exeter to Sidmouth (www.stagecoachbus.com).
