As a YSQS, you zre required t o r e z i s t e r w i t h the Massachusetts Department of E n v i r ~ n r s n t a l Q u a 1 i t y Engineering (DECjE) , label your wzste as hazardcus, and s h ~ pi t w i t h a licens3d hzzzrdcus waste hauler or precious metal transporter t o a l i c ~ n s c dtreatment or disposal facility.
