There are 8 factors which are needed for document approval. If your documents are missing one or
more of these, they will not be approved. Please scroll down to see examples of each of these factors.

Documents must be in color.
Documents must be valid (not expired).
Documents must be clear (in high resolution).
The entire document must be in the image (all four edges and corners). If you are scanning the
documents, please ensure you place them in the middle of the scanner, rather than in the
corner, as that tends to have the sides cut off.
Required information must be visible
a. Photo ID must be government issued, and all information except for social security number
must be visible (this includes full name, date of birth, date of expiry, date of issue, issuing
authority, etc.)
b. Front of the credit/debit card must have all information visible except for the first 12 digits.
If too much of the credit card is covered it will not be accepted.
c. The back of the credit card must have the signature panel signed and clearly visible. If the
digits are indented in the card, the last 4 digits must be visible on the back as well. Only the
CVV code can be covered
d. The proof of address must be at least a full page of either a utility bill or bank statement
with the following four details clearly visible: full name, address, date (no older than six
months), logo of the organization that sent the document. It must be either a document
that was physically mailed to you, or if the bill is sent by e-mail, the actual PDF file that was
sent. No screenshots are accepted, and no printed copies of screenshots are accepted.
The original documents themselves must be scanned or taken a picture of. Scans or pictures of
copies will not be accepted. Only scans or pictures of the original documents.
The copies must be in the original dimensions of the actual documents, not expanded or
shrunken.
The deposit authorization form must be filled out by hand, using a blue ink pen, and it must
have the full name, including middle names. It must be signed in all designated spaces.

the first 12 digits on the front of the card and the cvv code on the back.
