RESOLUTION 959
A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION 893, WHICH
PERTAINED TO FEES FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO A
SEWER SEPARATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, Jones and Henry Engineers, Ltd. have submitted a proposed
change order related to engineering services not included in the original scope of
services but requested during the construction of Phase One of the Sewer
Separation Project.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Montpelier, Williams
County, State of Ohio, that:
Section 1: Section 2 of Resolution 893, which was passed on February
11, 2008, is hereby amended to include fees for the following services:

Section 2: Section 2 of Resolution 893 which was passed on February
11, 2008, is hereby amended so that the fee for the Basic Services is not to
exceed $607,720.00. This amount includes the fees added by Resolution 929
which was passed on February 9,2009 and the above stated fees.
Section 3: The Village Manager is hereby authorized to enter into the
contract change order with Jones and Henry Engineers, Ltd.,
