Updated 07/09/2015 The Wenatchee Area offers the following as options for recycling: ***Curbside Collection – The cities of Wenatchee and East Wenatchee offer a weekly curbside collection of recyclable goods operated through Waste Management. Recyclable materials should be placed inside the blue recycling receptacle provided by waste management. There is no charge for this service. **Michelsen’s Packaging – Michelsen’s accepts numerous types of recyclable material. Michelsen’s is located at 1105 Hawley Street, behind the Wenatchee Sav-Mart. For further information call (509) 663-6671. Dryden Transfer Station – The Dryden Transfer station is another possible drop-off location for recyclable materials. The Dryden Transfer Station’s hours of operation are: 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 P.M. Tuesday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Dryden Transfer Station can only be accessed from the eastbound lanes of highway 2. MAP: Dryden Transfer Station ***Curbside Collection is offered through most areas in Chelan County (Excluding the City of Chelan) through WASTE MANAGEMENT.
