Crystals ... so what do I do with my new crystals from the gem show? (Or any of my crystals, new or old.) Join
us for class and learn about crystal properties and how to use them! Enjoy and utilize your crystals, new or old!
Meditation allows all activity to settle down and often results in the mind becoming more peaceful, calm, and
focused. It is also the gateway to recognizing your unique intuitive skills. After a guided meditation, we will
discuss individual meditative experiences with those who choose to share (you do not have to share.) This will
be the first of an ongoing series of Meditations.

and immortal. Connecting with your spirit assists you in experiencing the universe as a safe and loving place.

off balance. This class will demonstrate that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience, rather than
physical beings searching for our spirit.

psychic we really are, as we practice and experience activities and exercises that allow each of us to awaken
our inner psychic.
