pieces. You will be pulling fabrics from your
stash. Meetings are 3rd
Saturday of the month starting October 17
at 10am. This is a sit & sew class. Bring
your needles, etc Can’t wait for this class!

KINDRED SPIRITS CLUB
4th Saturday of the month starting in
September 26 at 10am. This is a lecture style but all are welcome to sit &
sew on their projects after the meeting.
This 6 month program offers small
projects in the primitive style. A new
collection of fabrics arrives in MidAugust for this program. $40.00 sign
up fee covers cost of (6) patterns and
there is a fee for the kit each month.

Always wanted to learn to quilt or just improve your skills? We will cover all aspects of a quilt; cutting, piecing,
block sizing, borders, basting, quilting and binding. You will have a completed quilt when you graduate from

Use Mini Charms, 2 1/2” x 2 1/2” squares to create
this simple tablerunner. Make it for your table or to
give as a hostess gift. It is very fast to sew.

quilt to be binded. Learn how to do bindings the easy
way. All done by machine with a pretty flange finish on
it. Kay will show how to use the Shortcut Binding Tool
with its multiple uses.
CHARMING CIRCLES QUILT
Tues. Nov 10 10-1pm or 6-9pm Cost:$20/ruler required
Create beautiful denim looks for quilts, totes, pillows and more with the new
Charming Circles Ruler. Cut perfect circles using the outside edge and then mark
your stitching lines using the marking guides on the ruler. Ruler is designed to work
perfectly with 5in charm squares. The back of the projects will be denim, so there is
no need for additional backing fabric. Package insert contains complete instruction
for usage and project assembly.

Please consider entering your quilt into the state fair.
• Quilts made during the past 5 years are eligible
• They can dropped off and picked up from The Quilting Squares Quilt shop and other shops in the area.
• They don’t have to have won at a county fair in order
to enter. Just enter!
