Trina represents national lenders, community banks and borrowers in
construction, real estate and asset-based financing. She also serves as counsel
for real estate developers in connection with the acquisition and financing of
property and the structuring, development and operation of residential,
commercial and mixed-use developments and master plan communities. In
addition, she has experience representing homeowner associations and
commercial associations in operational and governance matters.
Trina has extensive experience in office, medical office, retail, industrial and
stadium lease matters, as well as rooftop lease and license agreements. She
regularly negotiates and drafts a wide variety of commercial contracts based upon
the unique needs of clients and assists clients with entity formations and corporate
governance matters.
Trina is well known for her ability to simplify complex situations and keep
negotiations moving forward. In 2011, she was named a “Rising Star”
by Minnesota Law & Politics.
