The REALTOR® Association Professional Development Directors & Educators
Summit, more commonly known as RAPDD, has a mission of empowering those
in real estate education.
RAPDD is the ONLY conference focused on Education Directors, Association
Executives, and/or Association staff members who are charged with raising the
bar among members – making them more competent, confident, professional
and successful in their business. It also allows for Real Estate Educators to
hone their skills and knowledge, while building relationships and partnerships
with Associations in the common goal of providing the best education possible.

Booth & Exhibit Information
Sponsor booths will be located in a room between the two rooms utilized for
RAPDD. Space is limited based on accommodations. All conference breaks will
take place in the sponsor area, guaranteeing all sponsors a focused, relaxed,
professional audience throughout the conference.

Standard booth space is 6’ x 5 1/2’ deep and includes a 6’ table, two chairs,
power and public Wi-Fi access. Location of booths are on a first come, first
served basis.
The Sponsor Passport program has been a great success in past years. Once
again, we will be including a Passport in all attendee packets. Attendees who
turn in a completed Passport with stamps from each sponsor booth will be
entered into a drawing on the last day of the Conference.

REALTORS® of South Central Kansas (RSCK) is responsible for the management of RAPDD and is the sole decision maker on all aspects
of the event. RSCK reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in the acceptance or refusal of applications.
The sponsor agrees that RSCK shall have the right to make such rules and regulations, or changes in arrangements, as it shall deem
necessary, and to amend some from time to time. RSCK shall have the final determination in the enforcement of all rules, regulations
and conditions.
By signing this agreement, sponsor agrees to pay in full all amounts due by the dates set forth in this agreement. Failure to participate
in the conference and/or occupy the assigned booth space does not remove the sponsor’s obligation to pay in full the amount due as
set forth in this agreement.
All Sponsors agree to assume their sponsorship under terms, policies, costs and benefits as outlined in this agreement.
Sponsors acknowledge they have not relied on any representations or guarantees other than the terms and conditions specifically set
forth in this agreement.
RSCK will provide each sponsor a packet containing all pertinent conference materials and specific items depending on sponsorship
package chosen. Packets may be picked up at the Check-in table on Monday with Sponsor Move In or at the start of the event on
Tuesday.
For Move-In Day, Monday, Sponsors may park directly in front of the Hotel at Old Town on Mosley Street (directly across from the
conference center) only as long as it takes to unload the Sponsor’s materials. Free covered parking is available across the street from
the conference center.
Sponsors may offer one or more (not to exceed five) door prizes to be given away at the Excellence in Education Dinner on April 5,
2017. Please drop your door prize off at Check-In Table or to Cindi Ferguson by noon Wednesday. Sponsors will be acknowledged by
the Emcee as a door prize contributor.
Sponsors may do a fishbowl drawing from their booth, collecting business cards and drawing from the collection. RSCK will announce
the winner during the door prize giveaway at the sponsor’s request.
Any space not occupied by the start of the event (8 a.m. on Tuesday) shall be forfeited by the Sponsor, and the space may be resold,
reassigned, or used by RSCK without refund, unless a request for delayed occupancy is received and approved by RSCK.
Booths must be attended by Sponsor representatives at all times during the event hours. Failure to do so may result in denial of space
in the future.
No food or drinks may be brought into the facilities by a Sponsor without expressed approval of show management and/or the catering
arm of the Hotel at Old Town. The exception to this rule is for candies.
Sponsors will not be allowed to set up their booths and/or participate in RAPDD in any fashion unless full payment has been received.
Neither RSCK, nor any of its representatives, shall be held accountable or liable for any damage, loss, harm, or injury to the Sponsor or
any of the Sponsors’ representatives from theft, fire, water, accident, or any other cause.
Sponsors may not advertise or display goods, other than those manufactured, distributed or sold by them in the regular course of
business, without authorization of RSCK. Onsite promotional activity is limited to the area(s) designated for sponsor display, unless
specifically permitted by RSCK.
16. Sponsors may not allow any articles to be brought into the conference hosting facilities or any act done on the premises that will
invalidate the insurance or increase the premium on the policies held by RSCK or the Hotel at Old Town, nor permit anything to be
done that will damage the premises, property or equipment of the other sponsors. No signs or articles can be affixed, nailed, or
otherwise attached to walls, doors, etc., in such a manner as to damage them. All sponsors are subject to these restrictions. Violations
of these rules will void the sponsor’s contract, and the sponsor will be held liable for any damage resulting from such violations.
17. Sponsors may not schedule other events such as receptions, breakfasts, luncheons or dinners during the official RAPDD program hours
or while the conference is in progress.
18. Sponsors hereby agree to indemnify, defend and protect RSCK from any and all claims, demands, suits, liability for, any damage, loss,
harm or injury to the person or any property of the sponsor or any of its officers, agents, employees or other representatives, including
but not limited to claims of damage in loss to property, or from or out of any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or any
property of the sponsor or any of its officers, agents, employees or other representatives.
19. In the event RAPDD is canceled due to fire, strikes, government regulations, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of the
organization, RSCK shall not be held liable for failure to hold the conference as scheduled, and RSCK shall determine the amount of
sponsor fees to be refunded.
20. Sponsors wishing to cancel their sponsorship must do so in writing to RSCK no later than 60 days before the event (February 1, 2017) to
receive a refund of their Sponsorship Fee (excluding the non-refundable 50% deposit due with Application). If the Sponsorship is
cancelled after February 1, 2017; RSCK reserves the right to retain the non-refundable 50% deposit fee plus an additional 25% of the
total sponsorship fee.
21. Failure to notify RSCK by February 1, 2017 of intended cancellation may be cause for denial of exhibit space in future events.
22. Sponsors failing to comply with any of the rules and conditions in this agreement or any other published RAPDD materials will not be
allowed to exhibit at future RAPDD events.
23. These Terms and Conditions become a part of the agreement between the sponsor and RSCK. They have been formulated for the best
interest of the sponsor.
24. RSCK respectfully asks the full cooperation of the sponsors. All points not covered are subject to the decision of RSCK.
2017 Conference Sponsorship Agreement
A copy of this agreement must also be included with payment, as noted below. The signer of this agreement acknowledges his/her company’s participation as a sponsor in the RAPDD Summit, to be held at the Hotel at Old Town in Wichita, Kansas. This application shall become
binding upon acceptance by RSCK and will constitute a binding agreement upon the applicant, subject to the terms, rules and regulations
set forth in this agreement. This agreement must be signed by an officer, agent or representative of your company duly authorized to execute the same.
FIRST TIME SPONSORS
Option 1:
Payment in full at time of application.
Option 2:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total sponsorship fee must accompany signed Sponsorship Application.
Balance is due in full on or before February 1, 2017.
FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL SPONSORS ONLY
Commitment made upon submission of signed Sponsorship Application on or before August 19, 2016 and
Option 3:
Payment in full at time of application.
Option 4:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total sponsorship fee paid on or before December 31, 2016.
Balance is due in full on or before February 1, 2017.
Option 5:
Payment in full on or before January 6, 2017
Failure to receive signed sponsorship application by August 19, 2016; may result in loss of item sponsored at 2016 RAPDD Summit.
Failure to receive payment in full by February 1, 2017 may result in loss of booth space.
Sponsor will send company logo in electronic format upon acceptance of this agreement for use in promoting the sponsor.
RSCK will provide program ads specs will be sent to sponsor upon agreement acceptance.
