MEDIA INFORMATION

ALL MEDIA MUST REGISTER ON-LINE THROUGH WIAA IF YOU WILL BE ATTENDING THE 2A, 3A, 4A TRACK AND
FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS AT MOUNT TAHOMA.

o Click on the link titled “MEDIA” in the top right corner of the webpage
o Click on the link titled “MEDIA CREDENTIAL REGISTRATION” located on the left of the webpage
o Please follow all instructions from this link

Upon arrival to the event, you will check in at the pass gate location (home grandstand, north or south end of
the facility). As you have registered with WIAA, your name will be on a list and you will be allowed into the
facility. Please have picture identification available as this will be a request by our facility staff.

Please proceed upstairs to the press box area and to the Media Center Room.

Please sign-in and you will receive instructions from our Media Supervisor in regards to picking up results and
other information you may need.

You will also receive from our Media Supervisor a pass which will allow you access into the competition areas
throughout the event. THIS PASS MUST BE VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES WHEN YOU ARE IN THE TRACK AND FIELD
COMPETITION AREAS.

There are four (4) press rooms available. As there will be multiple media present, these rooms will be shared.
The rooms will stay locked and our Media Supervisor has a key to allow you access into one of the four rooms.

Please be advised the WIAA and Tacoma School District are not responsible for your property and if you choose
to leave laptops, recording devices, etc., in these rooms it is at your own risk.

Results will also be posted here once the event begins.
