Sponsorship Period District Compliance Requirements July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2019 January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020 July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2021 All high school varsity game uniforms are required to be Adidas. Uniforms are to be replaced in normal rotation cycle during the term of the agreement. All uniforms must be replaced by the end of the three year term. Additionally, Coach’s “Game Event” apparel, travel/sideline apparel, if purchased by the team, must be Adidas. Nike uniforms will be purchased during the normal buying cycle. The following teams must be in Nike uniforms by year three of the five year contract: Football, B/G Soccer, Volleyball, B/G Basketball, Baseball, Softball, B/G Track & Cross Country, B/G Tennis. District players and staff are to wear and/or use Nike Products exclusively during games and other official program activities associated with the school’s teams (exhibitions, photo sessions, etc.) OSAA ball adoptions are an exception. Products as defined in the proposal mean: all athletic and athletically inspired or derived footwear, authentic competition apparel consisting of uniforms, warm‐ups, practice wear, sideline/on‐field apparel, similar apparel and gloves, all other apparel articles of an athletic nature including but not limited to polo shirts, golf shirts, tank‐tops, T‐shirts, sweat suits, Uniforms shall be purchased on RHS regular replacement cycle within span of contract. UA agrees to work with current RHS and district budget limitations. UA agree uniforms bought prior to contract dates may be passed down to JV and/or Freshman teams until cycles flow through. RHS will encourage booster programs and outside entities to purchase UA for Gameday Uniforms and travel wear to comply with agreement. Expectations – RHS agrees to the commitments within the scope of the contract for the following sports. Other (Dealer/Partner, Timelines, Exclusive Use, Limitations, etc.) Student non‐varsity team purchases are exempt from the compliance requirement. Students wishing to purchase personal apparel may do so at the discounts reflected above as optional purchases. Adidas offers an additional discount of 10% off all purchases in excess of $75,000 annually. Example: district’s total purchase for a fiscal year is $100,000 – Adidas will provide an additional allotment of $2,500.
