Luo Rulong reportetly embezzled US$ 89,000 to finance his gambling habit. He was sentenced to death by Guangzhou Intermediate Court on 6th December 92, and the Supreme Court now ratified the sentence. Yang Jin was sentenced to death in April 1992 by the Dali Intermediate Court. Yang Jin logded an appeal.
