NOTICE is hereby given with lawful authority under the provisions of the National Lotteries Control Regulations, 1969, made in
accordance with section 30 of the National Lotteries Act, Chap. 21:04, the National Lotteries Control Board has appointed Saturday
17th April, 2004, at 5.00 o’clock in the evening at CCN TV6, Express House, 35–37, Independence Square, Port-of-Spain as the day, hour
