LUIS LLANOS: I studied mechanical engineering at the University of Notre Dame. The
skills that have really transferred over to Accenture have been the problem solving skills
and all of the soft skills. So it’s dealing with people, figuring out an issue. The work
environment is great. The people here are what drew me to Accenture. Everyone’s so
engaging, so approachable. So coming into the office and seeing all your friends, is – it’s
really a treat.
Everyone works very hard, but everyone also knows how to take care of themselves, how
to have that work life balance and what’s necessary to be just a healthy individual overall.
If I decide to – to change career paths, there are so many options that I can change from
one to the other, like everyone knows life changes. So it’s one of the beautiful things about
Accenture I’d say.
