One Big circle with 10 people on the inside and 10 people on the outside.
--1st time wall pass, 2min
--Long, Short, Short, Long 2min
--Dribble toward the player on the outside and do a takeover and then the player who released
the ball spins off to receive the ball and then one touches the ball back for a wall pass. The person
who started with the ball ends up on the outside. 3 minutes
--Only 5 People in the middle
--Middle to the outside (player A to player B), Player A then shows for the return pass and received
it and player C who is next to player B moves to receive the first time pass from player A.
--Pattern is A to B and back to A while C and D overlap around B. A passes to C and C passes to E
Players F and G overlap E. Player E passes to D who finds either G or E
7v7v7 handball in a 30x45 yard field with six goals placed around the outside of the area. There
are three teams of seven with two teams playing against one. The two teams on the outside play
possession football and try to keep the ball. Once they regain possession, the team in the middle
can score in the following ways: Scoring in the small goals is worth 3 points, intercepting the ball 1
point, forcing the other teas to play the ball out is 1 point. Each team will play inside fro 6 min
keeping the score as they play. The team with the most point's wins.

Once you gain possession look to score through goals, Recognize the moment.
Same as above but now playing normal football.
